We had mental training practice with the Swedish team. They challenged us to find triggers that might create red thoughts and then create a green thought. For example, opening the start list and you see your start number one. That might trigger red thoughts, like negative thoughts. It was funny because then Susan wrote like, yeah, so I was measured out, unfortunately. The first sentence was, well, there's bad news, but there's also good news. Yeah, exactly. Like I saw that message and I was like, okay, what's happening now? And then followed by, well, I have twice as many learning opportunities because I'm running four runs instead of two. So on the positive side and then all of the positive things. And I'm like, wow, that's exactly what I just learned. Oh, gee, Susie G already is doing that. At the end of the day, I can't be sad when something happens that allows my dog to run for four days instead of two. I think it's a win for this. The biochemical reaction in your body to like bad news and frustration, it lasts for 60 to 90 seconds only. So whatever like situation we have like in a training or competition, for example, my team agility run with style two days ago, the first reaction could be like, you know, going crazy, going nuts. And it could stay like that forever. And imagine if I would have not done that. I think yesterday running makes last day. I could have never appreciated it that way. And probably never even performed it that way. Yeah, but no, I didn't do that. I was like, I chose joy and gratitude. Thank you. Thank you.
