Do As I Do 프로토콜을 얼마나 이해하고 있는지, 그리고 반려견이 시연된 행동을 얼마나 재현할 수 있는지를 평가함.Foundation Training Exam(기초 훈련 시험)을 성공적으로 통과한 팀(pair)만 응시 가능함.Do As I Do 공식 팀에 의해 라이브 또는 온라인으로 진행됨.registry(등록 명부)에 등재된 Official 또는 Certified Do As I Do trainer(공식 또는 인증된 Do As I Do 트레이너)가 진행하는 Do As I Do online classes에 등록된 학생만 응시 가능함.theory(이론)와 practice(실기) 두 부분으로 나뉨.Do As I Do seminars and courses(세미나 및 코스)에서 설명된 내용이며, 다음 도서와 DVD에서도 확인할 수 있음:Social learning(사회적 학습), imitation(모방) 및 기타 social learning processes(사회적 학습 과정).Do As I Do training protocol(훈련 프로토콜), training phases(훈련 단계).Do As I Do session(세션)에서 새로운 handler demonstrator(시연자 핸들러)와 함께 테스트를 받으며, 다양한 행동을 재현해야 함.trial(시도)을 수행함.familiar actions(익숙한 행동)이며, 이 중 최소 두 가지는 도구 없이 수행하는 행동이어야 함.novel action(새로운 행동)에 대해 테스트를 받음.novel demonstrator(새로운 시연자) 등 뒤에 있는 도구를 사용하는 행동을 재현할 수 있어야 함.Do it! cue(Do it! 큐)는 novel demonstrator가 개를 보지 않고 정면을 똑바로 응시하고 있을 때 주어져야 함.Theory part(이론): 10문제 중 최소 7문제 이상 정답.Practice part(실기): 12번의 시도 중 최소 9번 이상의 성공, 단 동일한 행동에서 반복적인 실수는 없어야 함.Novel action(새로운 행동): examiner(novel handler, 새로운 핸들러인 시험관)의 판단하에 합리적인 시간 내에 행동을 성공적으로 재현해야 함.Official Do As I Do Basic Level certificate(공식 기본 레벨 인증서)를 받게 됨.advanced level(상급 레벨) 및 Do As I Do Trainer certifications(트레이너 인증)에 지원하려면 본 시험을 반드시 통과해야 함.BASIC EXAM Basic LEVEL DO AS I DO CERTIFICATION This exam evaluates both the handler’s understanding of Do as I Do protocols and the dog’s ability to reproduce demonstrated actions. Eligibility : Available only to pairs who have successfully passed the Foundation Training Exam. Delivery: Conducted live or online by the Do as I Do official team. Online exams are available only to students enrolled in Do as I Do online classes taught by Official or Certified Do as I Do trainers listed in the registry . Exam Format: This exam is divided into two parts: theory and practice . Theory part: Consists of 10 multiple-choice questions. The topics are those that are explained during the Do as I Do seminars and courses, and can also be found in the book and DVD: Social learning, imitation, and other social learning processes. Do as I Do training protocol, training phases. Practice part: The dog is tested with a novel handler demonstrator in a Do as I Do session, where he/she is required to reproduce various actions: The dog is tested by an examiner in 2 sessions of 6 trials each , on 6 familiar actions (at least two without objects) chosen by the owner. The dog will then be tested on a novel action . The dog must be able to reproduce actions shown on objects behind itself and the novel demonstrator. The ‘Do it!’ cue is given while the novel demonstrator is looking straight ahead and not at the dog. Passing criteria: Theory part: minimum 7 correct answers out of 10 Practice part: at least 9 successful trials out of 12, with no mistakes on the same action Novel action: successful reproduction of action within a reasonable time frame, as judged by the examiner (novel handler).
