Button Press "Glossary" Dogs and cats initially communicate with buttons by using single words for expressing their needs. Progressively, they start using multiple buttons to express new ideas and use words in different contexts. Here is a list of fun and exciting button combinations reported by our teachers with possible translations. Although we don’t know how accurate, this list gives us an insight into what dogs or cats may be trying to communicate.
